  • 2 heaped tsp tandoori masalla
  • 1/2 tsp tumeric
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garamasala


Heat oil in a large pat and cook onions till golden brown. Add garlic ginger and chili mix and cook for 5-10 minson a low heat. Ass your spices mix and cook for 3 minutes.
